This page explains what personal data cunskis.lv collects, why, and what your rights are. The controller is SIA Cunskis, registration number 40203687305, Ģertrūdes iela 99 k-2 - 42, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia, e-mail nikita@cunskis.lv.
What data is collected?
Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number if you enter one, and your message. The form is the only place on this site where you type personal data.
Analytics: if you accept statistics cookies in the consent dialog, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, the device and browser type, the country, and an anonymised identifier. Without your consent the analytics script does not set cookies and no identifier is stored; Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default.
Server logs: the hosting server records the IP address, the requested URL, the time and the browser string of each request for security and error diagnosis. Logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.
Why is it processed?
Contact data is processed to answer you and, if we start working together, to prepare a proposal and a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) to understand which pages are read. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it?
Nobody sells or shares your data. Processors that handle it on my behalf: the hosting provider for the server in the European Union; Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics, under the EU standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EU; Cybot A/S (Cookiebot) for the consent dialog, which stores only your consent choice.
How long is it kept?
Contact form messages: 24 months after the last exchange, or for the duration of a contract plus the statutory retention period for accounting documents. Analytics data: 14 months, the Google Analytics default. Consent choice: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days.
What are your rights?
You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to nikita@cunskis.lv; I answer within 30 days. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
Which cookies are used?
Necessary: the Cookiebot consent cookie (CookieConsent, 12 months) and the session cookie of the contact form. Statistics, only with consent: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to 14 months). There are no marketing cookies. The full list with current lifetimes is in the consent dialog.
